This article is the reason why poker isn't for everyone and a lot of people bust at the table too often. Players must realize that by changing gears, it throws off everyone at the table and makes it harder for you to be read. I've sat in ring games and played people who'd atc(any two cards) for 2 to 3 hours and would cry when dealt a big hand that got cracked. By mixing up your play, occasionally you will get credit for having hands when you jam with atc in certain spots. Vary your game and the chances are, you'll build your bankroll.

I always like to start tight and loosen up and usually end up winning pots because they always think im holding the nuts but you got to watch out cause alot of the times i love to check raise which is my downfall i guess cause they do to me what i do to them and end up bettin half my chips to win a busted pot. Any tips on bettin a certain amount to not have that happen? I usually try and bet the pot + 1/2.
