Good article.
One thought about the importance of position pre-flop. Consider varying the size of your pre-flop raise based on your position rather than the cards you hold. In this way you disguise your hand.
Example: Most players who get pocket Jacks--a favorite hand by all--will raise a lot regardless of their position. Like 5x's the BB in an early position. All this does is get you in trouble when the flop comes with one card higher than a Jack. Which will happen 2 out of 3 times.
Instead, raise smaller upfront and the same amount every time. No one will know what you hold and if the flop is bad you can just fold and minimize your losses.
In a late position make the bigger raises.
Just a suggestion.

By far the best place to play from. Having position puts the pressure to act and may cause them to misstep or play conservative, both working in your favor. On occasion, you'll be able to steal some valuable chips in the process.
