Tells us all how YOU prepare for it starting one week before to the start of this Tournament ?

Q2: some nutty Millionaire who likes poker is going to give YOU $25,000 USD to enter this tournament, and you can spend the rest on a hotel, food, and drink, you can only spend part of it on a tournament, What tournament do you chose and what do you spend the rest of the money on, including where do you stay?

Q3: In your opinion if you win how much do you think (if any) is fair to give back to the Nutty Millionaire out of your winnings.

Q4: Why do you think the Nutty Millionaire should give the 25K to you and NOT to some body else?

Q1) spend the week trying to get everything else sorted and covered so that I know I can complete switch off from the outside world from the moment we get chipped up - to hopefully the final table

Q2) $20,000 on the WSOPE London (£10,000 buy-in) or the EPT Final Monte Carlo (10,000 Euro buy-in)

I would prefer to put as much of the 25k into the buy-in as I'm quite happy to slum it (to a point) and complete luxury would be a waste on me ;-) as I would hopefully be at the table most of the time

That said I would love to go to Monte Carlo and take the family - so another possibility would be to use the week (or 3-4 days) traveling down through France to Monte Carlo and then put the family up in a nice place (they can go off and see the sights and I can play poker)

If it was the WSOPE in London then a nice decent hotel that was near by would be fine

Q3) First off I'd have to have that all agreed before hand - no point in having a Jamie Gold situation maring your career / peoples opinions (rightly or worongly) of you

I guess it woudl depend but if I got anywhere then I would definately want to return the $25,000 + 20% min ($30,000) so if the first in the money prize was $35,000 then I'd clear $5,000 and so would the crazy millionaire ... In terms of making it big in the money then I think I'd want to have some figures worked out and agreed, signed and held by a mutual friend or the tournament organisers ... at the end of the day I dont have many close firends who happen to be nutty millionaires ;-)

Q4) hmm not sure I'd be that convinced to give it to me lol ... given a choice between backing me and Daniel Negreanu then I'd tell the guy there was an obvious better investment - obviously not me ... but then 25K might just be a crazy bet for the guy and its his money to up to him

funny question - very entertaining (now I'm dreaming of Monte Carlo)

Q1:i think i would spend it reading poker books as much as possible while watching poker on TV asmuch as i can....i don't think i would play online for that week....i don't have much live expierence i feel the online game makes u think things work that wouldn't go far in the real life... and make sure i got my perscription for xanax filled...lol calms the nerves

Q2: pay for the hotel $500-$600 food and drink,,,the rest on the biggest tourny i can get in with what is left.....where would i stay?....doesn't matter as long as there is a bed abd bathroom cheap is good....im there to play poker not hang out in a motel room

Q3: %60 him %40 me...unles i don't win enough to pay him back what he fronted me....in that case he gets it all ... i just mark it up as a learning expierence i will never forget and apoligize for losing his money....thank him for the opprotunity

P.S: if has millions and would do this im sure he isn't to worried to about a measly lil $25,000

Q1: I would go away to the quiest, nature surrounded and relaxing place I've ever been or felt. This is mine 30 miles from my island, only 4 families leave on this place full year, accessible by sea or a 5km walk. That means no "urban civilization", no cars, only nature sound and relaxation.
Would take books, articles and vids for proper study and preparation.

Q2: I would buy-in the WSOPE main event in UK, MonteCarlo's expenses would drain my 25k. Believe me, I've been there...
Would rent a very nice autocaravan, pick the right friends, and travel to London enjoying sights and places along european roads, witch is a unique and fulfill experience, and it would do wonders to my peacefulness toward the event.
The caravan would be my hotel, I would have a "my place" feeling and also can park in greeny London Boroughs. My friends would do the driving, and I would be in a familiar environment.

Q3 & Q4: I would give him the 25k back, and offer a dinner at my hotel-caravan. Explain him that by picking me and backing me, in the case of winning, the media and cameras surrounding my winning would boom is nutty milionaire image. Helping a talented but poor guy accomplish his dream, with no interest in the winnings, it's a great tv story and makes wonders to a millionaire image, not to mention potential business opportunities for him.
Daniel, Annete or a 21 y old satellite player winning is nothing new nowadays, pick me and you'll have a story to sell, nutty friend.

P.S. maybe I should start sending some letters to Dubai xeiqs... and a link to 4king poker obv, maybe convince him to sponsor value added tourneys

Ill compile it in a story :

Im sitting somewhere, the milionair is there, and he see's me winning a tour or two , and decides to help in a hand to make my dream come true . The milionair says im willing to stake ya for any game of your liking and is willing to pay 25,000 for you to use, and it doesnt have to go into the game, this is what i would do to prepare.

( First find out everything i need to know about the game im going to play , how many people will enter, what the blind structure will be, calculate how much i will be needing for the final table, studying people that enterd the game, do some research online, whatch allot of poker on pokertube like usual, try to find some other games before that week, which are held near local bars or clubs, or attend some home games in that week.

Then head over to the wsope , or wsop to enter the main event, and 2 or 3 other hold em events, i would like to play omaha event hi pot limit for sure ... , my hotel would be near the taj, and i would take my brother and mother with me, but it will be some of luxe, since i dont want to be mad at the place im at, since that would affect your game, i would take a calm and relaxing place, with a swiming pool, and sauna ... Internet and tv is a ++ . After using 3000 for hotel expenses i go to the game.

5000 for the pot limit omaha hi .
10000 for the main event.
And 1 game of hold em 3000 buy in .

Having 4 thousand left. I would probally play for in the taj LOL ...
Ofcourse keep in mind that i would have to go back to holland, i would not play .

So i got 4 k left, enterd 3 events, have a decent hotel and have prepared for the big game, nothing else to do then winning right ?


And why stake me ? hmm i dont know maybe this is a game that can be beat ...
I know what im doing.

Ofcourse i would give him his 25,000 k back ++ depending on what i won extra back.

So if i would win 1 milion i would be more then willing to give 400,000 to him .
