I have a question...

Is there a point in winning a seat in a rebuy event that you don't plan to rebuy on?

Default free entry to re-buy event with no plan to re-buy

hi

well I guess put like that - probably not

but you don't have to re-buy in a re-buy event - last might I played a B&M £15 re-buy without re-buying

at the end of the re-buy period I was around the bottom end of the average so I didn't take the add-on

half the time with re-buys the crazy players who buy-in 3 or 4 times have to make the money just to scrap a tiny profit - which makes no sense to me.

With something that is free like this offer - it's free so nothing ventured nothing gained - It's perfectly possible to win a re-buy without re-buying ... leave it to the crazy players to bump up the prize pool and take the opportunities to double up (or go out) where you can

cheers scrawnybob

The first time I ever played B&M I finished second in a rebuy tournement without re-buying. The guy who won played there every week and had re-bought 4times. Can't remember what the prize stucture was (as i wasn't really bothered about the money as it was for a mates birthday and we had decided beforehand that any money won by any of our group would go into the drinks pot) but with re-buys mst people have to cash high to make a profit, some people I know have cashed in re-buys and still ended up down because of the amount of time they have re-bought.

With re-buy satelittes I'd say its best to set an amount of re-buys you're willing to do, as its not really worth enter a $10 rebuy satelitte to another tourney and re-buying 20times and the buy-in for the other tourney is $200.

If you won multiple entries into a rebuy tournament, can you use those entries as rebuys?
