Steve Billrakis from Chicago was the first bracelet winner at the World Series 2007. He also became the youngest World Champion bracelet winner celebrating his 21st birthday just days before the event. This broke the record set last year by Jeff Madsen.
The game went heads-up between Billrakis (2.9m) and Greg Muller (1.6m) and ended when Muller went all-in with his remaining chips holding 45 diamonds against Ks2d. Steve Billirakis won pairing his 2 and making two pair Queens and Two's.
