IPN Network Overview: traffic wise IPN is a solid upper mid table poker network with decent enough software. The games are fairly easy to beat with a typical mix of players, not tough like Fulltilt but not the fish fest of 888poker or Bodog.
While the table graphics are pretty functional and not unpleasant to the eye, the lobby can be a bit overwhelming due to all the different currency table options so there is alot to take in to make sure you select the sort of game and currency you want to play in.
As IPN is a multi currency network this means a good cross section of new European players and IMHO International Poker Network sites seem to have some of the most passive players around. This makes IPN potentially good for making a steady profit without having to deal with overly maniac players.
